Over to Sioux Park for a chilly girls semifinal between the Raiders and Yankton.

Still 0-0 with Yankton on the attack here in the second half as Jaiden Boomsma turns on the jets to split the defense and crosses this ball to Madison Schroeder but Schroeder's touch goes off the post.

Later it's the Raiders' Ellie Schad with the penalty kick and she deposits this one in the lower right corner. It's 1-0 Raiders with about 20 minutes to play and Stevens can smell the state finals.

Yankton trying to find an equalizer and Kylie Bochman with the free kick into a highly dangerous spot but Raider keeper Kira Zoller rises to the challenge and gets this one out of danger. Zoller and the Raiders came into this one with no goals allowed in the playoffs.

Schroeder now with a little frustration showing as she fouls the Raiders' Lexie Wood.

Bochman with another free kick but the Raiders defend it well and the ball squirts out to Abbie Noga on the break ... Noga gets a shot that could have iced it, but Yankton's Sadie Fedders is up to the challenge ...

Unfortunately for the Gazelles, it wasn't to be as the Raiders reach Saturday's state final with the 1-0 win. They will face Pierre at 5 p.m. at Sioux Park.
