St. Thomas More gets the 5-2 win over Central

And in high school baseball action, this weekend marks the annual Rushmore Grand Slam tournament here in Rapid City - that kicked off with Central and St. Thomas More Saturday morning.

We'll join this game in the top of the 4th inning, 4-1 Cavaliers.
St. Thomas More with 2 outs. Isaak Iverson's pitch hits Teddy Tornow to load the bases.
Then Shane Storm comes in on the pitching change. He hits Ty Neugebauer with the pitch to walk in Tate Maher, giving St. Thomas
In the bottom of the 4th, Ty Godkin for Central hits Steven Carriero's pitch up the middle, the Cavaliers turn the 6-4-3 double play to end the inning.

Moving on to the bottom of the 5th, still 5-1 Cavs, Central's Chris Waterson takes the plate and hits the ball into left field. Zach Boeve scores from second.

The St. Thomas More Cavaliers hold on for the win, 5-2 the final score.
