The New Underwood Lady Tigers are on a roll, heading into the high school basketball playoffs, as the 5th-ranked team in South Dakota.
Thursday, the Philip Lady Scotties sought to knock the Tigers off their pedestal in the District 14-B championship contest.

It's, quite literally, the only game in town.
Pick it up in the 2nd quarter of action, Philip on the attack, the entry pass to Kaitlyn Fosheim who picks up the basket and the foul.
New Underwood going to work, Lexi Ballard misses the jumper, but Cerington Jones is there for the rebound and putback.
Later, More from the Tigers, Ballard over to Jones, and another two for the eighth grader. She was a beast in the 2nd frame.
Philip trying to answer, down to Cappie West who delivers in the paint for the short two.
New Underwood unfazed, Jaedyn Finkbeiner to Brianna Philipsen who finishes with the short jumper.
And last week's Athlete of the Week putting in work a little later, as she cans the two with the hand in the face. New Underwood up 10.
New Underwood hangs on for the win. Final Score 54 to 43.
