Cobblers pull away from Sturgis to stay unbeaten

The Central Cobblers have battled their way to a nine-and-oh record on the high school boys' hardwood.
Thursday, the Cobblers would look to keep their record unblemished, taking on the 7-and-1 Sturgis Scoopers.

Cobblers on the attack, Co-Athletes of the Week, Dylan Hay to Kailleb Walton-Blanden who strokes the three.
Scoopers go on a charge, Dawson Geuke drives and hits the pull-up jumper.

Sturgis wasn't finished, Taylor Eby to Gavin West. West pump fakes then goes up, gets the basket plus the foul.
Central trying to stop the bleeding, Kyle Elder gives it up to Dylan Hay who streaks to his left, gets the step and drives to the basket for the two.
The Cobbler boys pull away in the second half. Final Score 69 to 52.
