Tyler Makes Him Fast enters not guilty please to involuntary manslaughter

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) Tyler Makes Him First is accused in the deaths of three people, one of whom was pregnant.

The accident happened in November of last year. A court affidavit says Makes HIm First was drunk when a Nissan pickup he was driving on BIA 27 collided with a Lexus sedan ... killing Waylon Red Elk, Senior ... Waylon Red Elk, Junior ... Jaylene Pretends Eagle and her unborn child.
That affidavit says Makes Him First had a blood alcohol content of .284 when he was tested later at the hospital.

Makes Him Fast entered not guilty pleas to the 4 involuntary manslaughter charges.
Each one can carry up to an 8-year prison sentence if he's convicted.
