A trial date has been set for Cierra Walks - a woman accused of accessory to murder.

The 19-year-old is scheduled to be tried by a jury on February 20th through the 23rd with Judge Robert Gusinsky.

Walks and 21-year-old Maricelo Garcia are accused in the killing of 20-year-old Clinton Farlee on East Boulevard North in October of 2017.

Authorities say Farlee was shot in the afternoon of October 4 and died later that night at Rapid City Regional Hospital.

Walks and Garcia allegedly fled to the Pine Ridge Reservation after the incident where they were later arrested.

Tuesday during a status hearing, Walks's attorney Paul Brankin asked the court to lower her bond of $100,000.

That request was denied.

If found guilty, Walks faces up to five years behind bars.
