Their original goal was to have a pit of up to 2,000 rattlesnakes for Doug Danger to jump over at The Buffalo Chip, but that goal will not be reached by Thursday.
Rod Woodruff says they'll see how many rattlesnakes they end up with, but it won't be a couple thousand like they originally planned.
Woodruff says since we are in a drought, rattlesnakes are not that easy to find right now.
But, he says regardless of how many they have, it only takes one to kill you, making it a dangerous jump.
Rod Woodruff says, "We have some plexiglass containers for them, so everybody can see the snakes, and we have more than one television show that will be filming it and recording it for television, it will be broadcast quite a bit and I would love to have some ranchers bring in a bucket full of rattlesnakes and dump them in there, you know, make good TV, so we're just having fun and trying not to get bitten by a rattlesnake."
Danger will attempt the 120 foot jump with a 1972 Harley Davidson at The Buffalo Chip Thursday night.
