Will LeClaire was arrested on assault and domestic violence charges back in January, and today Judge Jeffrey Connolly granted him a bond of $25,000 after being in custody for nine months.

LeClaire was initially accused of assault before barricading himself in his home on East Van Buren Street in Rapid City. The resulting standoff with Rapid City police ended with LeClaire voluntarily surrendering a couple hours later.

After nine months - he is now out under restrictive measures.

LeClaire is set to appear in court for a week-long trial in December.
