Robert Wayne Old Horse pleaded guilty in federal court Friday to making a false statement involving the IHS medical facility in Kyle.
Old Horse made the claim that Dr. William Robert Wagner told him to take off his clothes and fondled him during a doctor visit in November of last year.

According to court documents, later during an investigation, Old Horse admitted that the accusation was false and that he had made it up because he was mad when Dr. Wagner didn't give him a prescription that he wanted.
Dr. Wagner was not permitted to see patients for several months during the investigation.
Old Horse faces up to five years in prison when he's sentenced.
