Man arrested for November crash that killed three
An arrest warrant was issued for a man involved in a car accident that killed three people, including a pregnant woman, last November near Porcupine.
The FBI complaint charges Tyler Makes Him First with involuntary manslaughter.
The affidavit filed in support of that complaint says Makes Him First was driving a pickup on BIA 27 when he crossed the center line and hit a Lexus sedan driven by Waylon Red Elk, Senior.
He was killed along with Waylon Red Elk, Junior and Jaylene Pretends Eagle.
That court document says a blood test found Makes Him First's blood alcohol level at 0.284, more than three times the legal limit.
He's being held without bond in the Pennington County Jail.
