Daryl Graham sentenced to 5 years in federal prison

U-S District Judge Jeffrey Viken sentenced Darryl Graham to five years in federal prison today.

As part of a plea agreement Graham earlier pleaded guilty to distributing methamphetamine and transporting a victim to engage in prostitution back in August of 2015 and October 2016.

Graham was originally charged with commercial sex trafficking of children by means of force, distribution of a controlled substance to a minor and transportation for illegal sexual activity.

The 49-year old faced maximum sentence of 10 years of imprisonment on the sex charge and 40 years on the drug charge.

Graham has a long addiction with methamphetamine says he apologizes for anyone he has hurt and that he wants to get sober and look forward to a brighter future.
