Police in Grand Junction, Colorado are looking for a 12-year girl who they say is the victim in a suspected kidnapping Wednesday afternoon. Police say the suspect, 47-year old Jody Haskin, a convicted sex offender and Raeanna Rosencrans' stepfather may be heading north with her. They say Raeanna is developmentally delayed and medication dependent.
