RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Non-stop flights to the West Coast are coming to Rapid City this summer.

The airport made its announcement Monday, with its expanded flight map adding Los Angeles and San Francisco to seasonal flights.

United Airlines is adding non-stop weekly flights to both California cities starting on June 22. The flights will operate once daily on Saturday and Sunday, meaning you can fly in, or out, each weekend, through Sept. 1.

The airport is also bringing back its New York-Newark flight and expanding service, too. This non-stop flight will also fly once daily, on Saturday and Sunday.
