The Snoozeum: Deadwood's Days of ‘76 Museum overnight

DEADWOOD, S.D. (KEVN) - On Friday, November 17, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. until Saturday, November 18, 2017, at 8:00 a.m. children in grades 3 – 7 are invited to a museum overnight at the Days of ‘76 Museum.

Children must have successful sleepover experience and plan to spend the night. All meals are provided. Admission for The Snoozeum is $25 per child or $20 per museum members. Reservations are required, no walk-ins. Call Amanda or Tera at 605-578-1657 for reservations as space is limited. Children may arrive anytime between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. with their parents to register.

Children will take part in a fun-filled overnight at the Days of ‘76 Museum by exploring new exhibits and experiencing creative hands-on activities ranging from scavenger hunts to museum games, including "Minute to Win It" challenges such as Glow Stick Toss, Matchmaker, Noodling Around, Defying Gravity, and much more. Children should bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and an overnight bag with pajamas, a change of clothes, and a toothbrush. Participants will take part in activities throughout the Days of ‘76 Museum, but everyone will sleep in the Mary Adams Room.
