RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) -The Black Hills State men’s basketball team defeated Minnesota-Duluth 86-68 at the Elite 8 in Evansville, IN on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets advance to the Final 4 for the second straight year where they will meet West Liberty on Thursday.
