RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) -The Hot Springs boys basketball team came up short at the state tournament on Thursday falling to top seeded Dakota Valley 80-47. Second seeded St. Thomas More fell to Elk Point-Jefferson 53-50 on a buzzer beater.
