RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) -The Black Hills State men’s basketball won a thriller 68-67 over West Texas A&M to win the South Central regional Tuesday night. With the victory the Yellow Jackets advance to the Elite 8 in Evansville, Indiana for the second straight year.
