RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) -The Hot Springs boys basketball team defeated Winner 47-43 in Tuesday’s SODAK 16 to qualify for the state tournament. Pine Ridge lost to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton 82-66. In the class “B” ranks Harding County came up just short losing to Castlewood 53-51.
