RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) -Kayla Karius has been named the new head coach of the University of South Dakota women’s basketball team. Karius served as an assistant coach to Dawn Plitzuweit from 2016-18. After leaving South Dakota Karius worked as an assistant at both Wisconsin and Drake.
