In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. No this isn’t happening in small-town South Dakota, it’s Urinetown, a play performed by the Black Hills Community Theater.

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. No this isn’t happening in small-town South Dakota, it’s Urinetown, a play performed by the Black Hills Community Theater.
