Liberterian festival is embracing the Midwest

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Traditionally based in Las Vegas, Freedom Festival is embracing the Midwest. The change is due to the Nevada city’s COVID restrictions over the past year. The 4-day event will feature the Anthem Film Festival at Rapid City’s Elk’s Theater.
