South Dakota adds 48 new coronavirus cases
South Dakota adds 48 new coronavirus cases Tuesday.
Eight of those new cases announced today are in Pennington County with one new case in Lawrence County.
Pennington County has now had a total of 649 confirmed cases.
486 of those are listed as recovered.
The new case in Lawrence County increases the total there to 21 cases with 19 of those classified as recovered.
Tuesday's additions push the state total to 7,572, with 864 of those active, down eight from Monday.
The number of negative tests is at 84,592.
62 people are hospitalized due to the virus tas of Tuesday, one less than Monday.
The number of deaths holds steady at 109
The state is calling 6,599 patients recovered.
Wyoming is reporting 36 new lab-confirmed cases Tuesday and 11 new probable cases.
That includes one new lab-confirmed case in Crook County and one new probable case in Campbell County.
They've done 57,245 tests in Wyoming.
There is one new death to report, bringing that total to 22.
They’re calling 1,176 of the 1,581 lab-confirmed cases recovered.
