Thanks for viewing the videos of our Rising Star of the West scholarship contest finalists. Each of the four finalists will be presenting four commentaries on Black Hills FOX News at Nine. Watch the videos, and click in the box to rate each one on a 1-5 scale, with 5 being the highest. Rate them on both what they have to say and how they say it. The finalists will appear starting April 26th, with the winner being named May 25th. The total scholarship money available this year is $7,500 from KEVN Black Hills FOX and First Interstate Bank with the winner taking home a $4,000 scholarship. |
