The family of a two month old infant who died on an airline flight from Michigan to South Dakota has set up a memorial fund in honor of the boy.

A medical examiner's report says Jensen Farmer Provencial of Mission was born with a congenital heart defect and died on the flight as a result of complications.

Contributions to the memorial fund can be deposited at any Wells Fargo Bank.
