Local driver gets a few citations after a rollover accident in Rapid City
Two local drivers are cited for not having insurance, after a rollover accident on Rapid City's east side. The Rapid City Police Department says shortly after 3 Wednesday afternoon a black Jeep Cherokee was in the center turn lane on East Saint Patrick Street when a Ford Bronco tried to make a lane change from the westbound lane, hitting the Jeep.
