Grand Entry hosted at 2013 Children’s Wacipi
The 2013 Children's Wacipi and Hand Games continued Saturday in Rapid City. The Children's Wacipi is an opportunity for kids and young people to socialize and compete in dancing and hand games. The events included a Teddy Bear giveaway and a family dance contest.
