USD gears up for the season

Two seasons ago, the USD Coyote women battled their way to a women's W-N-I-T title.
Last season, the ladies were adjusting to a young team, a new coach, and a new system.
This year, the Coyotes are hoping to recapture a little magic from the previous year.
Despite its youth, last year's team advanced to the second round of the WNIT.
This year's squad returns seven players to the roster, including three starters.
The team will also channel the talents of a pair of Rapid City talents: sophomore Ciara Duffy and redshirt senior Caitlin.
Ciara Duffy says, 'Obviously, we lost two great seniors last year, and like Erin said, we're kind of a positionless offense. So, I mean, anybody can play anywhere and think that's going to be prevalant this year in everyone's diversity and ability to play multiple positions.'>
The dynamic Duffys and the USD Coyotes hit the court next Friday night against Iowa State. Gametime is slated for Noon.
