High school baseball is picking up speed, with plenty of action to catch on this Saturday afternoon.
Fans were bundled up at McKeague Field on Saturday as Rapid City Stevens hosted Harrisburg.
Stevens has the 2-nothing lead at the top of the 4th, but Harrisburg starts a comeback. Tigers' Zachary Lanier takes Sam Morrison's pitch up the 3rd baseline and scores Dillan Janak from 3rd cutting Stevens' lead to 1.
Still top of 3 with bases loaded. Harrisburg's Collin Kehrwald hits it to right field. Lanier scores, and Stevens' Josh Remily tags Kehrwald out at 1st for out number 3.
Moving on to the top of the 5th, the game's tied with 2-runs apiece. Janak takes the plate with a runner on 2nd, he cuts the gap up the 1st baseline and scores Caleb Deist on the play.
