Lady Cobblers celebrate State Soccer title

The Central Cobblers are enjoying the fruits of a top-shelf season on the high school girls' soccer pitch.
Wednesday evening, the Cobbler faithful held a celebration with the conquering heroes, brandishing their newly-earned State Soccer title.
This year's title was made all the sweeter by beating the team that cut their state title hopes last season.
'Before every game, we'd always say Play with Heart. And we all get together and we'd always play with heart.'
Co-captain Regina Lang says, 'I really think it's just how well our girls got together. We're a really bonded team, and we all love each other. The seniors, the freshmen, whether sophomore or junior, we'd all hang out together. We all love being around each other. We have a ton of activities where we all hang out and spend time outside of soccer. It's just a good, drama-free team.'>
The Lady Cobblers took down Sioux Falls O'Gorman, Saturday, in a dominant performance, winning the Double-A State title 3-nil, on the Lady Knights' home field.
