Two men are accused of robbing three stores in the Black Hills last summer, and they were back in Seventh Circuit Court on Tuesday.

Judge Heidi Linngren granted the motion for Robert Donovan and Preston Schuster to be tried separately.

Both men are accused of robbing a Rapid City convenience store and two Box Elder stores early last summer.

They are scheduled to appear in court for a status hearing on October 3rd.

The court hopes to set trial dates on that day.
