Shooting victim named, suspects still at large

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN TV) - The victim in Wednesday’s North Rapid shooting has been identified as 20-year-old Clinton Farlee of Rapid City.

Farlee was shot at a home on the 600 block of East Boulevard a little after 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Police have issued warrants for the arrest of two people: 21-year-old Maricelo Garcia and 19-year-old Cierra Walks, both of Rapid City .

Garcia is wanted for first degree murder, while Walks is wanted for accessory to a crime (first degree murder).

In an release, police stated that the two suspects “may be armed and the public should not approach them.”
