Rapid City casino robbed Thursday morning

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Early Thursday morning the Jackpot Casino on the 1400 block of North LaCrosse Street was robbed.

Rapid City police say a suspect, brandishing a knife, demanded money from an employee as he was closing the casino. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.

The worker was not injured in the confrontation.

The suspect is described as a male, 30 to 40 years old, with brown eyes and a deep voice. He was wearing a black jacket over a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black gloves and white sneakers.
