Perry is currently in federal custody and is facing several drug charges on top of five other charges including robbery, attempted robbery, kidnapping, and aggravated assault.
Prosecutors have earlier stated that Perry assaulted a Boyd's employee with a tire iron, leading to extensive blood loss and a gash on the back of his head.
His wife 27-year old Sara Perry will also be arraigned next week for multiple drug charges.
She asked for bond in court Monday morning, but Judge Jeff Davis denied bond until her arraignment next week.
