Man pleads guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor during Rally

This was a change of plea hearing
for 33-year-old Joshua Aschewege of Black Hawk.
According to a factual basis statement signed by Aschewege in early November,
he admitted to using Craigslist to offer a minor female
who was at the rally for the weekend ---
marijuana and a remote-controlled boat in exchange for an hour
for sexual intercourse.
The statement also says that he was sought out by
an undercover agent posing as a pimp
offering up the 15-year-old juvenile.
The statement says Aschewege sought images of the posed minor
knowing of the age.

If convicted, Aschewege faces a minimum of 5 and up to 20 years in prison,
a $250,000 fine, and up to life on parole.
