Kyle man pleads guilty to stabbing woman in Wounded Knee

31-year old Jeremy Old Horse of Kyle, pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon in federal court Monday morning, after stabbing Michaela Dodge in the arm in July of last year in Wounded Knee.

In the factual basis statement, signed by Old Horse, he says he had been drinking when he got into an argument with Dodge and during the argument he grabbed a knife, stabbed her and fled the scene.
The statement says as a result of the assault, Dodge suffered a laceration to her left arm, which required several sutures to close.
Old Horse faces up to ten years behind bars, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
