A jury trial has been set for a 27-year old Rapid City man accused of robbing someone at gunpoint on Surfwood Drive on September 28th.

Asa Wooden Knife faces first degree robbery and two alternative counts of aggravated assault for allegedly pulling a gun on someone and taking property belonging to them.
Police earlier said that Wooden Knife was captured at gunpoint and was found with methamphetamine, a pistol and property belonging to two victims.
The jury trial is set for February 12th and 13th.
He also faces charges of possession of a controlled drug or substance and threatening a law enforcement officer in a separate file.
Wooden Knife faces more than 40 years behind bars, if convicted.
Wooden Knife requested his $100,000 bond to be reduced, saying he can't afford it, but Judge Jane Wipf-Pfeifle denied that request in Seventh Circuit Court Thursday afternoon.
