Holiday Jam benefits non-profit LifeScape

By  |

Tuesday night one band put folks in the holiday spirit while raising money for a local non-profit.

The Hegg brothers and friends performed classic and contemporary Christmas carols at the Holiday Jam.

All of the proceeds will benefit LifeScape Rapid City, a non-profit that provides physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to children and adults with disabilities.

LifeScape's President Jessica Wells says these services help their clients lead fulfilling, independent lives.

LifeScape Foundation President Jessica Wells says, "I grew up with Hegg boys, and they are just a fun family and so are the friends they play with on stage." It's just a great atmosphere and it really draws the community in. It's an excellent way to kick off the holiday season, especially knowing that you're helping kids and adults right here in the Rapid City community."

About 200 people attended tonight's concert.
