Four people are injured Wednesday night and one person is in custody after a car collided with an SUV just over an hour ago in North Rapid City.

Rapid City Police say, the accident happened at Milwaukee St. and East College Avenue when a fast moving car hit an SUV that was backing out of it's driveway.
Police believe the car's high rate of speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.
The car ended up off the road and in a front yard.
At this point Police don't know if alcohol was involved.
The male driver of the car that hit the SUV was both taken into custody and is one of the 4 people injured.
The extent of the injuries is not yet known.
