The 2012 Black Hills Stock show has once again been a wildly popular and prosperous venture for Rapid City. The two week event wrapped up tonight out at the Civic Center's main arena by featuring some of the nation's top bare back riders.

After a sluggish start to the year, the Stevens Raider girls have come on of late, winning their last three games in a row and edging rival Central for the top spot in District 4AA. Thursday the Raiders would entertain their cross-town rivals in an effort to hold off the charging Cobblers.

Out to the Civic Center for PRCA Rodeo action from the Black Hills Stock Show. We hang out in the bareback contest Thursday night. Caleb Bennett from Morgan, Utah, chasing Kaycee Field's 82, hangs on for eight, but comes up a pair of points shy with an 80.
