It may be a record year for the Black Hills Stock Show and Rodeo in terms of attendance, although the official tallies are not yet in. On this last full day of the Stock Show and Rodeo, the crowds were big throughout the day.

While temperatures in Rapid City Saturday could be considered light-jacket weather the scene is a little different in the hills just north of Hill City. Snow 2 to 3 feet deep in some areas makes for the perfect location for the Search and Rescue's annual winter campout.
