I'd like to show you some exercises that you could do with a step. I'm sure you have a step down in your basement or something in your garage, pull it out, let's have some fun. It works the entire body again. You can use your arms if you'd like but mainly let's focus on the lower body okay. And you'll feel your heart rate go up on its own. Lets start with a basic step. You're going to come to the side and toe tap and down.
Toe tap and down. Advanced level bring that knee up. Same thing check your core make sure your chest is up abs are tight and you're breathing. Next level lets take it to a kick. Take it here kick out to the side. Step watch your footing make sure your whole foot is on the step at a time.
Going to take it to the front. Same thing tap and tap. Check your body language keep it up. Knee up same thing and I'm going to do a kick just like that. Make sure you do both sides. Good, now another thing you can do to have a little fun get the inner outer thighs we all want those.
Step it up and down, step it up and down. Make sure if you're leading with the right leg you change it up and lead with the left leg. If you really want to make it advanced, I'm going to do one cause they're hard, you're doing a box jump. Coming up and down, see.
