Suspect arraigned on attempted murder charge

20-year old Kelsey Reavis was arraigned on a charge of attempted first degree murder Thursday morning in Seventh Circuit Court.  Accused of shooting Christopher Levin in the head on April 28th, Reavis pleaded not guilty to that charge along with an alternative charge of aggravated assault and another separate aggravated assault charge.

  At a hearing earlier this month, Levin and a female witness said Reavis drew a gun and shot Levin after the group had been drinking together.  If convicted on all of those charges, Reavis faces up to 41 years in prison.He's due back in court on July 5th.
