| Pine Ridge man gets probation for fatal accident |

| A 61-year-old Pine Ridge man will serve six months of home confinement for causing an accident that killed a woman. Irby Hand earlier pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter. He was also ordered to pay $860 in restitution and be on probation for five years. According to court documents, he drove drunk in March 2008 near Pine Ridge, lost control of his vehicle and rolled it, which killed a passenger, Ruth Titus.
