Grandmother now charged in Pine Ridge boy's death

Federal authorities have charged and arrested the grandmother of a 2-year-old boy allegedly killed by his mother on the Pine Ridge Reservation over potty-training issues.


Twenty-two-year-old Timothy Brown Bull and another man are accused of assaulting a man with feet, a stick and a cinder block in March 2015 in Kyle.
