Custer State Park welcomes riders

It seems like everywhere you look in Sturgis during the Rally the streets are lined with vendors, but some vendors that sit on Lazelle say they have the hot spot when it comes to foot traffic.

A Nebraska man has died after crashing his motorcycle along Highway 44 near Farmingdale. The South Dakota Highway Patrol says 63-year-old Robert Trisdale was riding eastbound when his motorcycle left the road.

Traffic congestion is a concern for many drivers during Rally Week. Every August hundreds of thousands of bikers head to Sturgis for the annual motorcycle rally, which means hundreds of thousands of more people on area roadways.
