| Belle Fourche man sentenced for pornography |

A Belle Fourche man who earlier pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography learned his fate Friday morning. Nikolus Smith says he accessed and tried to print a picture of an underage girl while house sitting for another family. Ultimately, Smith was sentenced to 6 years of probation, 180 days in jail and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.
