Authorities say she stopped in the middle of the road to avoid a northbound vehicle and was hit by a southbound vehicle.  Investigators say alcohol and speed were not factors as far as the driver is concerned, and no charges are expected to be filed.  The pedestrian was taken to Rapid City Regional Hospital and was last listed in critical condition.
