The accident happened just before 10 o'clock Saturday night when the R.C.P.D. says a vehicle struck a pedestrian on the East Boulevard bridge. Police say the pedestrian was transported by ambulance to Rapid City Regional Hospital to be treated for "possibly life-threatening-injuries." Officers say the incident remains under investigation and more details should be available tomorrow.
