It's called the Ultimate Indoor Garage Sale and it featured more than 150 different vendors and sellers offering their wares to eager bargain hunters. One vendor says buyers are coming from all corners of the region and she'll be going home with more money than merchandise. Sandi McLain of Big Thunder Inc. says, "We probably sold about 75% of what we had. In fact there were some people here and they were from Newcastle, so a lot of people are coming to the sale and they're drawing from all around just to come down here." Coordinators say last year, the sale was able to attract more than 4,300 visitors and this year they say foot traffic seemed to be up. They say the nice weather was a big factor in the sale's success.
