On Wednesday 15 high school students from the Bison FFA volunteered their time to share their knowledge with younger kids. The petting zoo gives young children a chance to be exposed to livestock in a realistic setting. All of the animals were donated from a few local producers in the area. There are some piglets, lambs, sheep, chickens, ponies and even a llama. Each day a different FFA chapter from District Five will volunteer to work the petting zoo. -Darren Leeds |
